About Entire Confection

Entire Confection is a micro bakery based out of my home. It’s built on a love for baking, a desire to share, and—probably mostly—a major sweet tooth. I’m so glad you’re here.

Meet Maddie

My name is Madeline, though most people know me as Maddie. I was born in Colorado and I’m now based in Orlando, Florida. I’ve been selling my bakes within my community and social circles for a while, and I decided it was time to grow and try something new—something a little outside my comfort zone. That’s how this chapter started.

In the kitchen

I love to bake—which, in part, is probably thanks to my sweet tooth (thanks, Dad). I love testing recipes and creating new things. My home is always full of something fresh from the oven, and a lot of my conversations end up being about baking. My favorite things to bake are cookies and cakes, but I’m always up for a challenge and I love stretching what I know.

My most popular creation is my brookie: my brown butter cookie mixed with a gooey, fudgy brownie. I really don’t think it gets better than that.

My favorite thing I made in 2025 was my birthday cake—a two-layer upside-down cake with whipped peaches and cream in the center, a thin layer of buttercream, and a drizzle of homemade caramel. I still dream about that cake.

Why I bake

I owe so much of my love for baking to my Grandma Patti. Some of my fondest memories are in her kitchen: frosting Christmas sugar cookies with my cousins, layering sheets of phyllo for baklava, listening to the moms talk around the table while she pulled trays of blondies from the oven. What I loved was the sharing—the community and love that came out of her kitchen. That’s what I hope to carry into mine.
